An extreme motorsport venue in Aktobe, opened in April 2019. It has motocross and enduro tracks and hosts ATV racing, plus snowmobile racing in winter. It also runs classes for children aged 9 and over.

On opening day it hosted the open Kazakhstan Motocross Championship, held to mark Aktobe's 150th anniversary. More than 150 riders took part.
